Peter puts the “grass” in grass fed meat by explaining how you need the right grass in order to produce the type of animal products you’re looking at selling. He explains how he transitioned into this business and talks about how Barenbrug is a worldwide leader in grass. Peter also breaks the myth that grass fed meat has to be lower in fat. He explains that if it’s lean, then you’re not doing it right.
